General Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint, please direct it to addressed to:

  • The complaint is required to be accompanied by the following :-
  • The complainants full particulars and contact details ;
  • A statement of the reasons for the complaint with any relevant documentation in support of the complaint.
  • All broadcasting related complaints must be put in writing and either emailed to or sent via post to:

or by simply walking into Radio Al Ansaar’s administration offices at :

207 West Road




To drop off the complaint.

  • Allow Radio Al Ansaar to resolve the complaint within 30 working days.
